It took us 2 years careful tasting to get the taste, texture, and quality just right to be as similar as possible Our Original version is for those that like the regular honey. Our Dark version is for those that like a stronger aroma like the Forest honey has. It's ideal for your cup of tea or on a slice of toast to a pancake. Yum!
